♦ I do not do spec work, or work on any kind of contingency basis.  A 50% down payment is required before work can begin, and the remaining balance is due within 30 days of delivery of completed artwork. Changes made by the client (after approval of first proof) will be charged by the hour at a pre-negotiated hourly rate.

♠ Unless otherwise negotiated, all artwork, designs, or portions thereof will remain the sole property of the artist and may be used for self-promotional purposes or as conceptual basis for future works. Unless otherwise agreed, rights to the artwork will remain the sole property of the artist.  All artwork submitted is intended for use only as originally specified. Further use of artwork must be expressly approved by the artist; nonexclusive rights may be purchased from the artist.
